I must admit, I have an addiction - of signing up for too many blogs/ezines/emails about health! But, one of my New Year's Resolution is to SHARE my favorite findings with you, I promise not to be selfish and keep all of the good stuff to myself. lol
The older that I get, the more that I realize, how important that it is to eat properly - and to "try" to alleviate the sugar and "processed boxed" foods out of my family's diet... but it is hard!
